Reservations

Reservations, with credit card information (VISA and MasterCard) are required for all zip line tours. Tour sessions fill up quickly so we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible. You must make reservations by telephone (no less than 48 hours in advance) or by using our online Reservation Form (no less than 72 hours in advance). Call us directly for any time shorter that 48 hrs to check "last minute" availability.

Cancellations

For Guests Requiring Transportation via Toro Verde Transportation shuttle bus

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for guests arriving in the Toro Verde Transportation shuttle bus. When we book your tour, we also schedule guides and other support staff for your trip. If you cancel your reservation outside the 48 hours prior to your tour date and time, your credit card will not be charged. If you need to change your reservation date or time, you may do so one time, outside the 48 hour period prior to your originally, scheduled tour, at no charge. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to your tour date, your credit card will be charged $100 per person plus 7%tax.
NOTE: Cancellations MUST be done by EMAIL ONLY to honor them. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

For Guests Arriving with their own transportation!

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. When we book your tour, we also schedule guides and other support staff for your trip. If you cancel your reservation outside the 48 hours prior to your tour date and time, your credit card will not be charged. If you need to change your reservation date or time, you may do so one time, outside the 48-hour period prior to your originally, scheduled tour, at no charge. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to your tour date, your credit card will be charged $25 per person plus 7% tax.
NOTE: Cancellations MUST be done by EMAIL ONLY to honor them. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

For Wild Bull and Escape if You Can Tours

There is a 72-hour (3 day) cancellation policy for guests. When we book your tour, we also schedule guides and other support staff for your trip. If you cancel your reservation outside the 72 hours prior to your tour date and time, your credit card will not be charged. If you need to change your reservation date and time, you may do so one time, outside the 72-hour period prior to your originally, scheduled tour, at no charge. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours prior to your tour date, your credit card will be fully charged.

Weather Policy

All tours are a final sale. We will cancel, reschedule, or postpone tours due to bad weather. No refunds will be given on cancellations due to bad weather conditions. We reserve the right to re-schedule or award rain checks. We reserve the right to postpone a trip for up to one hour to wait out inclement weather and then resume the tour. We want you to experience a fabulous zipline tour, but Mother Nature rules and we will not risk our guests’ safety.
